I wear a 12 and I run long distances races in track...i just need some good shoes for track this year.

www.eastbay.com ... this site has every type of athletic apparel you could ever need. I%26#039;ve ordered 2 pairs of track spikes and 3 pairs of running shoes.. never had a problem!

Reply:wirlaway sports or sports authority are good. Both stores carry different sizes and distances.





*wirlaway is in the boston area and there are other ones like marathon sports also in boston.If you dont live in Boston deff. try sports authority or even Modells, or ask your coach if he/she knows any place, most do.

Reply:i usually depend on MCsports or ***** for the good brand names- Asics are really good, so are addidas- nike not so much, but if you find a pair thats comfortable they should work. **when you try them on jog in place for about a minute to make sure theyre not gona push your toes against the bottom of the shoe and make running painful.- depending on the brand you choose they could be sized differently than shoes.


*also if youve never worn spikes, they mite be a little uncomfortable from regular tennis shoes b/c it takes a little longer to break in your spikes.*
