Does Color matter, people ask? I say Yes, ask yourself these questions.....?

Do I prefer to see a Doctor of my own race? Do I prefer a dentist of my own race? Preacher of my church? What color of shoes do I want to wear today? what color of car do I want? Hair color? If I was on trial, what color of Judge do I want? Babysitter for my child? Lawyer? Teacher? Color does matter to a lot of people.Only God sees us all the same.He judges our deeds not our color.

Does Color matter, people ask? I say Yes, ask yourself these questions.....?
Your absolutly right, I don%26#039;t care what people SAY, most of these things are chosen by color. So yes, color does matter, there are just some out there who are afraid to admit it.
Reply:I can honestly say I don%26#039;t care what race to all of those questions--and I have dealt with different races in all those situations (well, not the judge, thank God), and it wasn%26#039;t an issue for me at all. As far as the shoes and the car, I like the color red. And I lighten and darken my brown hair as the seasons dicatate.
Reply:I think you asked a fair question and then made people think. We say we are not biased, until a situation comes across our path. Then we are faced with the truth of what is really inside us. (I know this because I have learned where I was). People are not born biased they are taught to be that way, by way of geographical, cultural and opinions. Take a small child and put them into a room with every color on earth and they pay no attention. They fight over the toy. Now that%26#039;s a subject for question.

Doesn%26#039;t matter. Mine is Asian.

Do I prefer a dentist of my own race?

Doesn%26#039;t matter, mine is Jewish.

Preacher of my church?

Doesn%26#039;t matter. Yes mine is black, my last one white.

What color of shoes do I want to wear today?

I never knew shoes had their own race. Mine were made in China and they are black, white, and purple Nikes. Possibly they are multiracial then?

What color of car do I want?

Again, I didn%26#039;t know that my car had a race. My car is silver possibly I am prejudiced now?

Hair color? I prefer my own. God gave it to me. When I am older and my hair is gray, I will still prefer my own.

If I was on trial, what color of Judge do I want? It wouldn%26#039;t matter. I would want a judge that was fair and unbiased.

Babysitter for my child? Doesn%26#039;t matter. My son has three nannies. Niether are the same race as me. Nor are they the same race as each other. They love my son as I would have him loved by a caregiver.

Lawyer? Doesn%26#039;t matter. I value their experience and knowledge in the field.

Teacher? I have had teachers from all races and no it doesn%26#039;t matter.

I am sorry that you suffer from the inability to see people and judge them for the content of their character and not color of their skin. I hope that God can forgive you for this and that your deeds will be judged accordingly on that day.
Reply:Oh brother.
Reply:It seems to me that you are having a problem with color from the question you posted..........

How can you compare hair color or shoe color to the color of people? I don%26#039;t even think about what color my doctor, etc. is as long as they do their job. But I might care if my hair was bright orange or purple.

You ask what we think and then you bring God into it. We all know that God doesn%26#039;t care. Maybe I should have skipped answering this question.

Mine%26#039;s not, so apparently it doesn%26#039;t matter to me.

Do I prefer a dentist of my own race?

Mine%26#039;s not, so apparently it doesn%26#039;t matter to me.

Preacher of my church?

Mine%26#039;s not, so apparently it doesn%26#039;t matter to me.

What color of shoes do I want to wear today?

Okay ya got me.

what color of car do I want?

Didn%26#039;t really care, I went for certain makes.

Hair color?

On other people? I%26#039;ve dated women with just about every color imaginable.

If I was on trial, what color of Judge do I want?

I would rather he was competent.

Babysitter for my child?

I would rather they were good babysitters, really wouldn%26#039;t care what color they were.

Lawyer? Teacher?

Shysters are shysters.... The best teacher I ever had was a filipina, I%26#039;m not one....

Only God sees us all the same.He judges our deeds not our color.

Very true.
Reply:Does gray count? :)
Reply:I really don%26#039;t care what color anyone is, any more than I would care what blood type they are. I do prefer to go to women doctors, but that is based on sex preference not color
Reply:I%26#039;m sorry, but I don%26#039;t judge people base on the color of their skins. So my answers to all your questions will be %26quot;I don%26#039;t care, it doesn%26#039;t matter%26quot; ;)
Reply:No - mine is Indian, and very good

Don%26#039;t be sillly

Transparent, hopefully

A safe one I can trust

An honest one (some hope)

A learned one
Reply:Honestly, I don%26#039;t care what type of color my doctor is, as long as he%26#039;s keeping me healthy. I feel the same goes for teachers ect... As long as they%26#039;re doing their jobs alrite, they%26#039;re okay with me. But people usually identify with others with similar appearances as themselves.
Reply:that%26#039;s ignorant but you know what they say ignorance is bliss
