Fashion dress code Nextel All-Star Challenge?

I am going with my boyfriend to the car race tomorrow,God knows I don't like all that noise but these guys are investors and they have a suite Hors D’ouevres, dinner and the whole kaboom!.We suppose to get together at 3 pm, get in the suite, go to the pits, display area, pre-race activities, etc.Their Race Day Dress Code says: Casual (Long Pants, Closed Toe Shoes %26amp; Shirt with Sleeves Required).That , does not give me enough information!! ok, here is my problem, I'm a fashionista, a huge one, and I do know how to dress for any kind of activity from Black tie to picnic but a car race??? that was never in my plans, but when I moved to Charlotte, I should know that there was a chance for that kind of activities. I went to the Kentucky derby and the Masters but I don't think the same rules apply. I am having a very hard time trying to pick my clothes for tomorrow, I don't want to over do it but I don't want lo look like bump either, there will be males and females around, any suggestions

First of all, I am jealous! ;) You are so lucky, that is going to be a blast. You definately don't want to over do it. Something comfortable, it will be a long day.
