New Track Spikes, Help.?

I%26#039;ve had Brooks Nerve MD for 4 years. They have holes, tears and everything imaginable in them. I am a sophomore this year in high school, i ran a 4:36 mile and a 9:55 2 mile in them freshmen year a really love them but they finally fell apart too much and now im looking to buy new spikes.

I have narrowed it down between the Asics Japan Thunder (1 or 2), The Nike Zoom Milers or the New Balance LDS1005.

Can i get your opinions on which shoes are best for 800-3200 meter races on the track.

thanks

Hope this helps.
Reply:I am not sure about the other shoes, but I%26#039;m pretty sure the Nikemilers are more for 800-1600 stuff, not 3200. So I wouldn%26#039;t pick them.
Reply:First of all you are very fast! Nice job!

Japan lite-nings are great but since you run the mile and 2mile it is not a good idea to purchase them because they are sprint spikes which have no heel support. I would go with Nike they seem very reliable and light!
